Requirements:

• Relevant experience in selling near shore/offshore IT services in the DACH regions;
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
• Hunter profile;
• Demonstrable and referenceable experience in the acquisition of new clients;
• Comfortable with aggressive annual sales/development goals;
• Proven sales experience in selling software development / Outsourcing / Packaged solutions / consulting or support services;
• Basic knowledge about software development processes (Scrum, RUP);
• Target and Success driven;
• Carried a target (should be demonstratable in CV);
• Fluent oral and writing language skills in German and English;
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad when required;
• Comfortable with aggressive annual sales/development goals;
• Self-starter but also excellent team player;

Responsibilities:

• To build and maintain a qualified pipeline of new business ( New Logo acquisition) opportunities;
• To develop proposals and offerings to clients;
• To co-ordinate and manage bid pursuit teams;
• To respond to RFP’s / RFI’s with a high level of quality and intelligence;
• To offer negotiate and close new business deals with the support of EPAM management;

• Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members;

Plus:

• Ability to engage with the client in discussions of the business situation and strategy;
• Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions;
• Experience with technical concepts;
• Experience in J2EE and/or .NET architecture, OOA, OOD;
• Background in Finance, Health Insurance or any other business area;
