DevOps Architect

Currently we are looking for a DevOps Architect for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a responsible person with great negotiation and communication skills who is ready to drive the software infrastructure design and development for complete CI/CD. You will be working on a very interesting product for a Silicon Valley customer, the leader in enterprise secure file sharing and synchronization. Complex code, heavy computing, cutting-edge technologies – it’s all about this project. You will be solving challenging architectural tasks to deliver the product of the highest quality.


Our client is an ISV customer from Silicon Valley, with true “startup” spirit within the team, and Google-like approach to work. They provide the same services as Dropbox does, but with much more enhanced security, seamless and automatic access to documents, files, and shared folders and many other great features Dropbox does not have. For example, it’s file distribution to a mobile workforce, real-time document back-up and continuous availability, and secure large files sending and FTP replacement.


  • Elaborate with and report to the VP of Engineering and Senior Directors of engineering;
  • Gather and collaborate requirements for enterprise-level CI/CD infrastructure, plan and architect solution from top to bottom;
  • Design and build software infrastructure for complete CI/CD.


  • Proven track record designing and successfully implementing enterprise-level CI & CD infrastructure from the scratch more than once;
  • Proven track record implementing CI & CD for heterogeneous products or portfolio of products built on (but not limited to) the following platforms, languages and services:
    • .NET/ C#;
    • Java;
    • Objective C++ / Swift;
    • Scala;
    • AWS.
  • 5+ years implementing CI & CD using (but not limited to) the tech stack:
    • Jenkins;
    • Provisioning tools (SaltStack, Chef, Ansible, Puppet);
    • Linux (Red Hat/CentOS/Fedora);
    • Windows Server 2008/2012;
    • MS SQL Server 2008;
    • IIS;
    • Active Directory;
    • Git.
  • Brilliant knowledge of SDLC, software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices in Windows and Linux-based environments;
  • Python;
  • Windows batch scripts, PowerShell, MS Build, NAnt.

Nice to have

  • Programming skills, scripting languages & build tools:
    • Development competency (C#/Java, XML);
    • Web services (REST).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation.
