Monitoring and Support for the final client digital brands/sites, environments and centralized services;
Event Management: monitor network, server and web applications to ensure high availability;
Incident Management, Problem Management: open, update and close trouble tickets with detailed information relating to trouble reported;
Knowledge Management: develop and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems;
Incident Management, Problem Management: own production operational issues for products by issuing initial response, data gathering/diagnosis, tracking, and resolution where possible;
Incident Management: perform the role of Incident Manager during Systems Events;
Open & monitor the status of cases with vendors & service providers;
Change Management: assist Development and Infrastructure Groups with scheduled and emergency change management tasks;
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management: change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams;
Follow notification and escalation procedures;
Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues.
3+ years of experience working in a similar position;
Load balancing experience;
Web server and application servers;
Any version control (SVN preferred);
Any configuration management tool (Ansible preferred);
Scripting (Bash preferred);
