EPAM, recently named a top US company by Forbes is looking to add to its support team by bringing on an Office Assistant. This position will perform a wide variety of tasks including office support and administrative functions. It requires an aptitude or proficiency in a full range of general office services and functions as well as a positive, focused attitude when things get hectic. The ability to multitask is key to be successful in this position.


  • Greet public and clients as they arrive at the office and assist them with their needs;
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail;
  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required;
  • Fax, scan and copy documents;
  • Maintain office filing as requested;
  • Coordinate conference calls/meetings and maintain calendars accordingly;
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements. Be proactive with last minute changes;
  • Review and prepare expense reports and office related invoices in a timely and accurate;
  • Organize and develop information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reports;
  • Draft, prepare and review documents on behalf of supported staff, as requested;
  • Performs related duties as assigned;
  • Assist with event planning and implementation;
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies;
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced;
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank;
  • Keep office area clean and tidy.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Business college training an advantage;
  • Previous office experience and EA is great;
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent;
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection;
  • Organization and planning skills;
  • Work management and prioritizing skills;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, flexibility, reliability and teamwork skills.
