Junior Project Administrator

Currently we are looking for a Junior Project Administrator for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.

You will work globally for a top search engine provider in their department that handles their public developers communities (which consist of thousands of people). They want to streamline their way of interaction with the community heads. You would act as a middleman between that company and the community. Your role has many similarities to a project manager.


  • Coordinate conference requests with community heads;
  • Coordinate orders and production of souvenirs, wearables and gifts (SWAG) with different agencies for these conferences, make sure they produce in time and in correct quality. Alternatively find new agencies;
  • Handle escalations from travel agencies or speakers to get to a conference;
  • Handle onboarding of new members to different communities;
  • Handle requests for cash advances according to policies so that conference organizer can pay for conference rooms or e.g. catering.


  • Strong communication skills;
  • English B2 is a must;
  • Russian is a plus to work with CIS countries;
  • Service provider mentality, therefore customer facing experience is a plus;
  • Able to work under pressure and can prioritize;
  • Can make decisions on his own and work independently;
  • Comfortable to work daily in a multitasking environment;
  • Able to negotiate with producers as well as customers;
  • Experience with and understanding of G Suite products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail) or can learn them very fast.
