We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager in Dnepr to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments (technicians, cleaning, security and secretariat).
Plan and coordinate administrative activities in line with company needs;
Maintain budgeting and regular reporting to accounting, corporate, and/or facilities management;
Monitor purchase orders within budget guidelines;
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
Take responsibility of a management of relations with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers: negotiation, conclusion of contracts, control of the quality execution and pricing policy;
Be responsible for environment, health and safety, and fire safety: teaching and instructing of the personnel, ensuring implementation of Ukrainian legislation norms and requirements of PMU on the entrusted premises (warehouses and offices). Declaration of premises on fire safety in local administrative authorities.
High education (technical or economics);
3-5 years of direct experience in administration manager role;
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles;
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills;
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
