EPAM is looking to hire a Permanent DAM Business Analyst to work onsite for one of our international clients who are a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion goods.

  • Help business to define goals and overall scope of the desired business solution;
  • Provide guidance and decision making on system functional / non-functional requirements and resolve business-related questions in a timely manner;
  • Gather and clarify requirements, capture the user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate them into requirements-related information for the project team;
  • Review and validate project documentation, accept deliverables during customer reviews and final User Acceptance testing;
  • Facilitate the communication between EPAM and the client internal teams and 3rd party vendors, management of the client’s resource availability;
  • Resolve issues and roadblock in a timely manner, and drive key decisions;
  • Work with EPAM off-site development team to prioritize the feature list and approve the scope of projects;
  • Accept deliverables and approve changed requests;
  • Work proactively with business side to identify or extend business demand in solutions;
  • Accelerate decision making and resolving roadblocks for delivery and legal parties;
  • Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and business development consultant, leading and driving digital solution engagements for clients in Italy;
  • Develop strategies to grow account with a strong focus on digital transformation projects;
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders understanding their needs and goals;
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to grow revenue and cultivate business development opportunities;
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client’s business and initiatives;
  • Drive new and existing client revenue through building a consultative partnership with the client, developing a roadmap and plan to implement digital solutions to solve business needs;
  • Align with EPAM goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets.


  • Strong demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions;
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, digital/UX/CX, business models and trends – with a focus on digital/customer experience solutions;
  • Knowledge of Enterprise grade DAM (Adobe, Aprimo ADAM, Thron, Warda or equivalent) platforms, metadata management and Enterprise CMS platforms (namely CoreMedia, AEM, Sitecore or equivalent);
  • Domain specific knowledge on retail and fashion market is highly desirable;
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas;
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team;
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills;
  • Strong digital knowledge of or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Track record of leading teams;
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
  • Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense;
  • Effectively manage up and down;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Milan residence is a plus;
  • Italian speaking candidates will be preferred.
