Production Service Management - Senior Process Engineer

Minsk, Belarus

Currently we are looking for a Production Service Management - Senior Process Engineer for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.


  • Develop and maintain corporate process documentation (process descriptions, guidelines, templates) based on internal (corporate rules) and external (standards, models) requirements;
  • Prepare evaluation reports on specific processes;
  • Support project manager to develop and maintain a project documentation based on corporate and customer requirements;
  • Support project/service manager in defining needed service processed for the service;
  • Perform internal audits according to organizational internal audit process;
  • Prepare and perform internal audits according to customers’ requirements;
  • Deeply understand organizational production processes and their relationships;
  • Understand specifics of different ITSM approaches;
  • Understand acceptable measures on corporate and project levels for different delivery approaches;
  • Analyze, describe and implement compliance requirements from different industry standards and worldwide best practices into organization processes;
  • Analyze and implement requirements of industry standards to project defined process. Support project manager to create and maintain a project documentation based on requirements to project (contract and corporate requirements);
  • Be ready to perform a hard and routine individual and team tasks.


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as Quality Assurance Analyst (Process Engineer) in IT or software/product development company;
  • Experience in creation of new and in maintenance quality management system documentation for ITSM;
  • Ability to provide measurement results, evaluation reports for specific processes/activities on project and organizational levels, analytic skills of the reporting;
  • Experience in analysis of any industrial standards;
  • Facilitation of company's projects to implement internal and external requirements;
  • Willing to take on new responsibilities to meet changing business demands;
  • Good communication skills (oral and in written);
  • Capable to use new techniques and tools to improve corporate QMS approach;
  • English B1+ or higher;
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
    • Modern process delivery approaches for project/services;
    • ISO 9001, ITIL;
    • Quantitative process/project/service control;
    • Internal audit process experience;
    • Project management or software development experience is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of/experience in any of the following frameworks/standards: ISO 20000, ISO 12207, CMMI-SVC, ISO 27001, COBIT, ISAE3402, SOX, PCI DSS, others;
  • Experience with implementation and project/service support of quality management system requirements based on ITSM approaches;
  • Statistical process control;
  • Compliance requirements mapping from different standards and models. Generalization of the requirements;
  • Experience in audits/assessments for projects/services according to standards and contract, assessment model’s requirements.
