Currently we are looking for an IT Business Analyst for our Debrecen office.

EPAM DEBRECEN is looking for an IT Business Analyst/Agile PO to be part of our high-level technical team. This opportunity gives you a chance to use your innovative ideas regarding software solutions and act as the first contact point for international client base.

Responsibilities

  • Transform client requirements into Epics and User Stories;
  • Identify options for potential solutions, make decisions;
  • Cooperate with development teams and clients;
  • Confirm the delivered solution;
  • Meet customers’ expectations of the service you provide on-site & off-site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of IT and/or business project management experience;
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, practices and techniques;
  • Result-oriented and focused, Agile personality whom takes ownership and responsibility;
  • Understanding of application programming, database, system design;
  • Agile roadmap planning, experience in working with agile teams;
  • Ability to promote good relationships with senior (non-technical) business stakeholders;
  • Active advanced English knowledge is necessary (both verbal and written);
  • Effective communication skills.
