DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Melbourne office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyse and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs;
  • Create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for product new functionalities and subsequently prepare sprints based on prioritization;
  • Be point of contact for the international team for any issues arising during the implementation phase and after the go-live;
  • Provide internal presentations/trainings of newly developed functionalities;
  • Create and maintain several types of documentation (technical, sales material, fact sheets, customer documentation).

Requirements

  • Degree in Computing Science or master’s degree in business administration;
  • Having worked in Australia, and understand the Australian market well;
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry, merchant acquiring experience key;
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in software development process and tools (e.g. log analysis, REST API, SQL);
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills to partner effectively with our stakeholders and team;
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills;
  • Highly self-organized, provide a pro-active attitude and organize work independently;
  • Team oriented and has Scrum/Agile experience.
