We are looking for strong Lead Functional Testers with a great level of knowledge in formal test design techniques, with experience implementing the fundamental test process and the ability to present status reports to upper management. Candidate should be able to provide estimations, create and supervise creation of test documentation such as test cases, test plans and test strategies, as well as provide guidance for other less experienced team members.
Supervise creation, modification and execution of test cases;
Coach other team members;
Be point of contact for daily on-site testing topics and issues.
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
7+ years as a Functional Tester;
3+ years applying formal techniques for analysis and design of test cases;
1+ year working closely with Test Automation Engineers;
Able to modify documentation already created by other team members (test plans, test strategy, etc.);
High problem solving skills;
Understanding of QA methodologies and processes (test levels, test types, test process, etc.);
Understanding of Agile methodologies;
Expertise on formal techniques to analyze and create test cases;
Create and control risk plans;
Experience working as a leader for worldwide teams;
Experience creating and presenting status reports to upper management;
Excellent spoken and written communications in English.
Nice to have
ISTQB Foundations Level certification.
