Currently we are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for helping the whole sales team with daily processes, making sure the sales group is always compliant with the up-to-date internal processes, such as deal review board and CRM updates. The Sales Specialist will work in the heart of the team striving to improve processes. They will be required to have great communication skills and can build strong relationships within EPAM globally.


  • Make daily calls with sales on pipeline;
  • Prepare each deal for the deals approval board;
  • Own the internal sales processes front to back;
  • Set up and attend internal meetings;
  • Be central point of contact for internal process change requests;
  • Create internal power point presentations.


  • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
  • Excellent attention to details;
  • Confident, proactive and positive approach with highly developed communication and organizational skills;
  • Take responsibility for own actions and visibly supports the senior leadership team and their agenda;
  • Ability to influence across all levels and to build rapport quickly;
  • Result-focused - understands what is important to staff, clients and management - is committed to achieving goals;
  • German language is beneficial.
