What You’ll Do

  • Works closely with key stakeholders in the business and Regional People teams to identify learning, development, and certification requirements for the Americas’ (currently United States, Canada, and Mexico);
  • Manages an annual budget to support operations of local learning services and solutions;
  • Drafts and delivers regular written employee communications;
  • Resolves Learning Helpdesk tickets including answering questions, finding contacts, resolving technical issues, setting up delivery sessions, and providing access to certifications and learning resources;
  • Provides monthly and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders related to progress against learning goals, development/implementation of solutions, program timelines and updates, and utilization of current programs;
  • Provides quantitative reporting related to meeting demand, training hours per employee, satisfaction scores, etc;
  • Scheduling and supporting classroom and online learning, coaching, and mentoring sessions;
  • Supports the Global Learning Programs Team by providing continuous feedback and input into the learning solution development process;
  • May deliver professional skills training to local/remote audiences.

What You Have

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with course work related to adult learning;
  • 5+ years of professional experiences in HR and/or Learning preferred, ideally working in a multi-national company;
  • Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff;
  • Strong computer capability (MS Office tools);
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining relationships virtually;
  • Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize, work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and deliver on commitments;
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Careful listener and good communicator (speaking and writing);
  • Passionate and energetic with a positive mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Reliable and responsive. Client-centered, focused on solutions;
  • Able to build rapport and instill trust and confidence;
  • Flexible and Agile. Able to adopt style to engage with different kind of stakeholders;
  • Resilient. Able to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities.
