Currently we are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a Lead Front-end Developer with significant experience in the most popular JavaScript libraries and frameworks additionally solid background in web technologies is needed. Experience in hybrid mobile application development and knowledge in service oriented front-end architecture is a strong plus.


  • Design and implement a new state of the art front-end application;
  • Deploy the new code and assure high quality software deliveries;
  • Be part of a strong team and contribute to team success;
  • Translate business requirements (functional and non-functional) into technical designs and implementation;
  • Drive excellence in: software design & analysis, development methodologies, verbal/written communication, requirements analysis and effort estimations;
  • Challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas and solutions.


  • Comprehensive knowledge of software engineering with JavaScript, React (incl. Redux/Flux) and JSX is a must, knowledge of other libraries and frameworks such as Angular, AngularJS, Ionic, Cordova etc. are a strong plus;
  • Deep understanding of front-end development tools and technologies (e.g. npm, Webpack, JavaScript unit testing, Git/GitHub, CSS Pre- and Post-Processors, Responsive Web Design, REST/SOFEA, etc.);
  • Graduate degree in IT Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge;
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies;
  • Experience in a global environment is a plus;
  • Ability to cope with complex challenges in software engineering;
  • Reliable partner who is able to meet deadlines and work within a team;
  • Fluent English is a must, fluent German is a strong plus.
