DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Receptionist/Office Management Specialist for our Prague office to make the team even stronger.

Our Office Management team takes care of EPAM Prague, which is an IT company that develops software that is changing the world. Our job is to take care of all employees, make sure the office runs well and deal with all kinds of expected and unexpected situations.

Because our office is growing really fast, we are looking for a Receptionist/Office Management Specialist to join our team. Your main mission will be to make sure the office and reception run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will be:
    • Make sure the whole office with more than 250 employees runs smoothly from an administrative point of view;
    • Communicate and deal with employees, contractors and different departments (external subcontractors, visitors, accounting department, controlling);
    • Organize events, order office supplies and refreshment for our employees;
    • Make sure everything works well and contact technical support when it comes to fixing any issues, help with organizing moving our employees between different desks;
    • Provide administrative support for different departments.

Requirements

  • Thoroughness and organizational skills;
  • Independent personality and willingness to learn new things;
  • Ability to complete tasks and take responsibility;
  • Good communication and written skills in CZ/EN;
  • Stress resistant and ability to deal with ad hoc problems;
  • Good user knowledge of PC (MS Excel a Word).
