DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader for our Astana office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment team of an international IT company, achieving the goals of the company;
  • Improve recruitment processes, recruiting team motivation, team development and mentoring;
  • Support activities aimed at recognizing the employer brand;
  • Work on new channels for attracting candidates and ways to find them;
  • Create positive relationships with departments - customers of the recruiting service;
  • Perform staff recruitment along with the team.

Requirements

  • Recruiting expert;
  • Experience being the head of the recruiting department (5-7 people), HR manager or director;
  • Understanding of and using several methods of recruiting, conducting interviews;
  • Experience in hiring processes analysis, market research;
  • Understanding of Kazakhstan labor market, experience with databases of candidates;
  • English Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at recruitment agency and in house recruitment;
  • Knowledge of Kazakhstan labor legislation;
  • Experience in building recruitment process and its measurement;
  • Experience with IT, telecommunication, engineering vacancies.
