Currently we are looking for a Software Integrator Engineer for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.

You’ll be working in the CASH, CREDIT & TRADE FINANCE (CCT) - Payments Capability Unit within the Group Technology organization in Zürich. As a Software Integrator you will be engaged in packaging & integrating external & internal applications related to the CCT portfolio into the IT infrastructure. During project phases you will work closely with vendors, project leads, business analysts, infrastructure and other interfacing teams. Software integration and quality assurance will be done in close collaboration with dedicated development, testing and change management teams. You will become a SME for a part of the CCT Payments related application portfolio.


  • Determine software specific functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Meet the highest level of operational stability and security for new software delivered into production;
  • Ensure timely application readiness by working closely with our development & infrastructure teams, change & project management teams;
  • Coordinate specific packaging, infrastructure requirements and application issues with our external vendors;
  • Conduct application specific (infrastructure & security) data-gathering activities in connection with audit and risk management requirement;
  • Proactively support business analysts and project managers to identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional application requirements.


  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux (RHEL) operating systems, z/OS would be an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (you know how to figure things out);
  • Experience in Web and DB technologies (mainly WebSphere, Tomcat, Oracle, DB2);
  • Good scripting skills, mainly Shell, Perl and Rexx;
  • Solid background in system architecture, business continuity management and network design;
  • Knowledge of financial messaging standards SWIFT FIN, MX;
  • Software development experience preferably in the financial industry (Java & J2EE) would be a benefit;
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer;
  • Expert in software engineering with a strong focus on operational stability, security and application resilience;
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude;
  • Known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks.
