This role involves close work with stakeholders based in California and Boston. It also involves close communication and leadership in terms of requirements for the development team based in Mexico City. This is a position which requires strong BA skills as well as PM skills to coordinate the development team. You'll be a part of a modern, lean, self-governing engineering team. Analyze business requirements and current user journeys;
Define problems and propose possible solutions;
Analyze functional / technical capabilities of the existing platforms;
Partner with the business stakeholders to define and implement solutions that improve user journeys;
Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and other artifacts for the development team.
B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience;
5 years of hands-on experience as BA involved in full cycle of project development;
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to seek inputs on requirements, dig in into problems, propose solutions, and communicate with different teams;
Experience designing internal business applications / user flows.
