Currently we are looking for a Security Technical Architect for our Wroclaw office to make the team even stronger.
Manage and control the end-to-end architectural work and deliverables through to successful delivery of the solution(s);
Instill best practices around architecture disciplines, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and standards;
Work and coordinate with key stakeholders and engineering teams by representing architectural design challenges and decisions through communications in technical meetings, deep dives and quality assurance reviews;
Define, understand and manage the architectural scope and boundaries of the solution so that it remains deliverable within agreed timescales and budgets;
Ensure technical and business detailed requirements are captured and aligned in solution design;
Act as Architect interface between the project and any IT or business divisions affected by the deliverables of the projects, ensuring proper escalation procedures are in place;
Work with the Lead Architect to ensure that the project remains at all times within agreed governance, budget and timescales, and that any risks to the project are identified and mitigated.
Strong enterprise product design (PowerBroker) and deployment experience;
Experience with project delivery against structured software development lifecycle processes;
Ability to co-ordinate activities across several globally based teams;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to portray accurate architecture risks and issues to various levels of management and team members;
Common sense to make efficient and acceptable decisions whenever there is no clear ruling available and under stress or time constraints;
Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and other teams;
Diplomacy when dealing with other parties;
Ability to work under pressure;
Strong team player;
Integrity and trustworthiness in order to maintain the team’s reputation and standing;
Willingness to seek guidance, from others within the team and the larger virtual team throughout the group;

Knowledge and expertise:
Demonstrable Privileged Access Management awareness, and understanding of PAM in the broad business context;
Experience managing Architectural activities through the end-to-end software development lifecycle (Initiation, Analysis, Definition, Design, Build, Validate (Test), Implementation and Close-out;
Good understanding of Architecture principles and methodologies;
Awareness of change management processes including development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role:
Strong technical knowledge within Privileged Access Management with particular emphasis on designing and delivering end-to-end solution using a structured methodology within a large corporate or government environment;
Delivering Regulatory, Risk Remediation or Audit driven solutions.
Nice to have
High level knowledge of PAM products and deployments in enterprise environments;
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager);
TOGAF or SABSA qualifications.
