This is an entry-level position, at least 6 months of relevant administrative experience preferred.

What You Have

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
  • Strong English language skills;
  • Expected to work effectively under supervision and develop sound understanding of the knowledge, skills and behavior required;
  • High integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • Solutions-mindset / critical thinking;
  • Strong written / oral communication skills;
  • Great attention to details;
  • Team player.


  • Support with the newcomer & exit process;
  • Ensure all new joiner processes are complete;
  • Support local events;
  • Support the company’s internal HR brand and internal communications within a unit, be the corporate culture provider;
  • Support in general HR activities;
  • Support finding partnership with other companies for employee discounts;
  • Support on deliverable of payslips.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Office experience, particularly MS Word and Excel.
