Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of LMS Administrators;
  • Support training content publication through clients’ LMS;
  • Develop deep expertise in training platforms and tools;
  • Respond to tickets related to the platforms and tools;
  • Test new efforts or setups;
  • Run systems reports;
  • Document workflows and best practices;
  • Maintain metadata critical to internal reporting;
  • Set up, configure, and test SCORM training files;
  • Add users to the LMS on regular cadence, both in bulk and individually;
  • Pull standard reports and data, both as scheduled and upon request;
  • Configure content structure/hierarchy/metadata to meet reporting needs;
  • Validate and test proposed changes to ensure continuity;
  • Develop custom reports and data, on request;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, both on the LMS and online courses deployed through the LMS;
  • Configure automatic logic user enrollments to required courses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with learning management systems;
  • 2+ years of direct management experience;
  • Learns new technology, tools, and SOPs quickly;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks;
  • Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered;
  • Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Evolve or Intellum;
  • Experience ensuring usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG);
  • Experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Content, Learning and Development, or related field;
  • Experience with localization and translation;
  • Experience with video production, eLearning, animation, or multimedia development.
