DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Key Test Automation Engineer/Test Automation Architect for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
The ideal candidate is a passionate and hardworking engineer who can design and implement test automation solutions working collaboratively with our professionals and using best practices.
Responsibilities
- Take part in production projects at Key Test Automation Engineer / Consultant / Architect Role;
- Participation in test automation competency growth, R&D, and tools development;
- Mentoring and training other test automation engineers.
Requirements
- Comprehensive software engineering experience (test automation, functional testing, and software development);
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Familiarity with open source test automation frameworks and/or commercial tools, test management systems;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Expert knowledge of at least one programming platform (Java/.NET/Ruby/etc.);
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- English: Upper-Intermediate level.
