What You’ll Do
Build business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals;
Collaborate with EPAM Account Managers and Financial Services Senior Leadership to support strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction;
Function as the Financial Services engagement architect, be responsible for account strategies, and work directly with the client's Product, Marketing, and/or IT teams to position the engagement and EPAM for success;
Embody your consulting skills by crafting the product vision and roadmaps, and create compelling customer value propositions and strategies;
Embrace current and emerging trends, standout opportunities and challenges of the markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects the clients’ business and initiatives;
Develop and lead successful delivery approaches by working closely with the project/program management teams;
Shape solutions and scoping/pricing engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization, and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase;
Build and nurture strong connections with key internal executives, BU heads, senior management, solution SMEs, internal and external partners, and sales and delivery leaders to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio;
Drive account revenue within the client/account portfolio, as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services;
Align with EPAM’s goals and objectives by achieving revenue and margin targets;
Support sales/pre-sales activities by acting as the Financial Services lead to assess opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish strong client relationships, and help to close new deals.
What You Have
5-10 years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions;
Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, subject matter, and trends – with a focus on the financial industry;
Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities;
Ability to see big picture, but still be close enough to the details to chip in and support the team;
Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios;
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
Strong financial services knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development;
Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion;
Keen eye for business, strategic skills, negotiation skills, and common sense;
Effectively leads up and down;
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
