Responsibilities

  • Effectively exchange accurate, appropriate and relevant information with both technological and business stakeholders using suitable methods;
  • Guide, inspire, and motivate team members and other stakeholders to manage and overcome issues to efficiently achieve objectives;
  • Effectively administer the endeavor through deployment and use of human, financial, material, intellectual, and intangible resources;
  • Apply an appropriate depth of perception, discernment, and judgment to effectively direct endeavor in a changing and evolving environment;
  • Produce desired results by using appropriate resources, tools, and techniques in all stages of delivery activities;
  • Conform to ethical behavior governed by responsibility, respect, fairness, and honesty in the practice of delivery and adherence to company values;
  • Completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery. Responsible for developing and executing the succession plan of the projects on their account;
  • Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company;
  • Govern the delivery across stakeholders, handle complicated engineering issues, make sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT and at least 3+ years in positions of Delivery/Team Lead, Coordinator, Solution / Systems / Enterprise Architect, Delivery/Project/Program Manager;
  • Proven track record in managing delivery engagements end-to-end on teams averaging 20-50+ FTEs in total, or connected with high visibility and high business impact projects;
  • Experience in governing project delivery across the board of all stakeholders. Strong in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery;
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines. Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines;
  • Able to apply best practices and methodologies, tailor them and run on the project. Possess sufficient knowledge to run the outcome-based setups with hard commitment to the timeline, quality and budget;
  • Expected to work independently without direct supervision. Consult on aspects of strategic and business related development/communication or other nature of the question with the delivery organization. Trusted to oversee the development and technical aspects of delivery as well as sourcing of people, methodologies, and processes of the setups.

Nice to have

  • Strong in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery;
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines;
  • Experience with outcome based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines. Drives engagement(s) of the average size of 30+ FTEs in total;
  • Willing to participate in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers. Able to advocate, negotiate, tailor and apply best engineering processes. Able to oversee business end of the solution, apply best practices and deliver the possible value out of the effort. Provide a coherent plan on the delivery including, but not limited to planning, scheduling and tracking delivery. Able to handle conflicts, people and technology.
