DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Budapest office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan business analysis activities;
  • Collect and analyze business requirements and turn them into high quality solution requirements as technical specifications/epics and user stories, prototypes, process and use case diagrams;
  • Validate and verify solution requirements with the project team and customer’s representatives;
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis, handle business questions and deliver business answers; translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa;
  • Maintain and improve requirement management and/or software development processes through the whole project life cycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
  • Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project;
  • Experience in gathering and formalization/regulation of requirements;
  • Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interface;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Knowledge of different software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban);
  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;
  • Creative approach to problem-solving;
  • Analytical and critical thinking.
