DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Lead PHP Developer for our Szeged office.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution architecture and implementation details;
  • Estimate requirements and breakdown into technical tasks;
  • Plan and implement different functionalities described in design documents;
  • Monitor technical excellence and enforce technical best practices;
  • Lead an Agile development team;
  • Work in close cooperation with customer’s representatives, organize and participate in meetings, conference calls.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in PHP programming;
  • Solid OOP knowledge;
  • Experience in and good knowledge of PHP frameworks (Drupal, Symfony, Wordpress is an advantage);
  • Experience in JavaScript (jQuery, Ajax), HTML5, CSS3 – React.js, Node.js, Angular experience is an advantage;
  • Experience in Version Control Systems (SVN, Git, etc.);
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies;
  • Availability for business trips.

Nice to have

  • Extra points for strong understanding of one or more JS MVC frameworks. Extra points again for experience with Sass/Less or any other CSS preprocessor;
  • DevOps experience: experience automating deployments, testing, server configuration, etc;
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Rackspace Cloud, etc.
