  • Bachelor or master’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic and managerial or professional achievement;
  • 7+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company. Tier 1 consulting firms are preferred;
  • Acting as an entrepreneur in the rapid growing consulting team and fasting growing company;
  • Deep expertise in Media and Entertainment industries with a strong network in the regions;
  • Have a strong understanding the digital innovation and service transformation within the media and entertainment industrial;
  • Partnering with clients on new business building, growth strategies, emerging market strategies, business model transformation. Understanding SVOD is preferred;
  • Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others;
  • Experience working across the digital/business ecosystem and linking digital solutions to business strategy;
  • Passion for understanding technologies with practical insight into where those technologies can be integrated into business solutions;
  • Willing to travel up to 75%;
  • Preferred location: Germany, UK or the Netherlands;
  • English a must with a second European language (German, Dutch or French).
